REFUND & RETURN POLICY
*Sassy Silver Bead Designs does not offer returns on any item. Exchanges or store credit are permitted with 14 days from the date of the receipt
*Items must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. All our merchandise is new & unworn. If the return item is damaged, worn, or been altered, scratched , bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted. All returns must be in the packaging & insured for the amount of purchase.
*We can not be responsible for loss or exchanged returned shipments. Please insure and package carefully!
*CUSTOM ORDERS are SPECIAL ORDER items are not returnable.
*STAMPED ITEMS cannot be returned because they have been personalized.
EXCHANGES
Items must be received to Sassy Silver within 20 days following receipt in order to receive an exchange. This will mean planning in advance for shipment time.
Please note for exchanges, if we do not have the item in stock we will make it for you. This process may take up to 3 weeks after receipt of returned item.
In case the inappropriate size was purchased, only one replacement size will be given in exchange for a bracelet order. Customer will be responsible to pay for return shipping of a bracelet.
SHIPPING, HANDLING & INSURANCE
We ship Priority Mail USPS and will email a tracking number when the package ships.
ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY
The jewelry pieces you ordered, may or may not be in stock. If the jewelry piece is in stock it should ship within in 8 business days. If it is not in stock it may take up to 2-3 weeks. Please contact us if you need it faster.
If your jewelry piece is not in stock, we will contact you by email to let you know the approximate shipping date.
If you require jewelry piece by a specific can email us or call us at 602-279-4834 before placing your order to check the availability.
For non-personalized items, a merchandise refund will be issued within 3 days of receipt of acceptable returned merchandise, less the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Sassy Silver is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please insure and package carefully.

I also offer pieces some made with bronze, copper and other metals. Although our beautiful source materials come from around the globe, finished pieces is handmade in the United States.
